With your completed questionnaire in hand, we'll give you a call to discuss your plans, timeline, and budget. If you decide to proceed, we'll move to the next step.

We walk through your outdoor space with you to better understand your vision. This can be done virtually or on-site.

Most HOAs in the Mount Pleasant area require a conceptual design plan and construction documents for any work you do on your property. We prepare three sets of documents to help you with the HOA and project planning:

• Master Plan ($800-1,500, depending on complexity): This lays out the design elements in your current space.
• Construction Documents ($1,500-3,000): This gives us the framework for moving forward safely and efficiently.
• 3D Landscape Design Plan ($750-1,000): This helps you better visualize your finished landscape.

This can be scheduled within five days of our in-person consultation. Via Zoom or in-person, you'll be presented with our design plan for your review and approval. If you decide to proceed, at this point we will require a $1,000 deposit.

We communicate with you so you understand the details of the project during the process. The build can take anywhere from two to six months, and once completed,  will be aligned with your vision.

When the construction team is finished with the work, your account manager will visit the property to inspect for quality, and you'll receive warranty information, so you can rest assured your outdoor space will be in place for years to come. To keep your property looking fresh and beautiful, we offer a number of maintenance plans, customized to suit your needs.
